Girella is a typical sausage from Pallars Jussà, Pallars Sobirà and Alta Ribagorça in Catalonia. Girella is made from various parts of lamb, including offal , rice , eggs, garlic, parsley , saffron , salt and pepper .
The Girellas' fair is celebrate in El Pont de Suert every year. There are a
lot of people buying organic products. As well as there are a whistle
competition, all the people can participate in this competitions, from childs
to adults.
Before the whistle competition, the people can visit the ''museum'' of the
Girella and there are people making Girella and explaining to the people how
made this delicious sausage.
This fair is for the people of all of ages.
